Current collection
The private tracker stores sign-in accounts, trading accounts, journal entries, preferences, payouts, challenge costs, and any certificates you upload. Access requires authentication, and workspace records are scoped to the authorized user. Certificate files use private object storage. Waitlist signup collection has been retired; any previously collected subscriptions retain their existing suppression preferences. The public research tools do not offer personalized advertising. When the feedback widget is enabled, UserJot processes feedback submissions and the technical data needed to operate that widget. PropFirmCore does not send signed-in account details to UserJot in the initial integration. Hosting providers may process standard infrastructure logs for security and reliability.
Privacy details under review
The operating entity, exact tools, retention periods, lawful basis, cookie behavior, and member rights require owner and legal review. Analytics and public community features require their separate setup before they are enabled.
